Having trouble sleeping? Want to learn ways to help calm your brain before bed? Then this is the night for you!
We will be welcoming Maya Health Foods to show us the best natural ways to help you sleep – from herbal supplements to diffusers and so much more!
Some of our yoga teachers will also be showing us yoga poses and breathing/meditation techniques to help the body relax and prepare for bed.
