Healthy Living Workshop – Begins Feb. 21

Wednesday’s from 9:30am – 11:30am (February 21 – March 28)
This workshop is for older adults who want to lead active, healthy lives. Discussions and demonstrations in a safe and trusting group of your peers help you achieve your goals.
This workshop will show you how to make healthier choices – how to take charge of your life and make physical activity, good nutrition and other healthy habits a daily routine.
This program has been designed by Active Aging Canada – an organization that promotes physical activity, while recognizing the critical linkages of physical health with social, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.
